Three Suspects Indicted in Teacher's Homicide

Two Peoria teens and a Marquette Heights woman were indicted Tuesday for the murder of a former Illini Bluffs teacher. 25 year old Amanda Payne is facing four counts of murder while 17 year old Devon Moore and 16 year old Zachary Cotter are each charged as adults with two counts of murder. All three suspects are also charged with robbery and residential burglary. The trio was charged with the shooting death of 68 year old James Cohee who was found dead inside his Lake Camelot home. All three will be back in court Thursday.
