Housing Counseling Resource Center Offers Guidance

PEORIA--It's mortgage awareness week in Peoria and you can get information on buying a house and seek help if your facing foreclosure.
The Housing Counseling Resource Center on 2605 West Krause Street is offering two days of free financial guidance for those struggling to make mortgage payments.
The center says helping people keep their homes is important to the community and economy.
They say that keeping income and revenue flowing into cities and counties is a must. They say saving the number one asset that you work so hard to obtain is very important.
If you need assistance you can visit the Housing Counseling Resource Center on 2605 W Krause St. in Peoria. Bank of America representatives will be there on Thursday September 20th between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.. On Saturday September 22nd there will be a homebuyer seminar between 9 a.m. and 2:30 p.m..
