McLEAN COUNTY - Another Danvers bar is tied to a fatal crash.

It's the second one in less than a year. This time it involves the Vault Sports Bar & Grille.

Authorities tell WMBD 25-year-old Haleigh Hall of Carlock had on a wristband from the establishment.

Hall died early Sunday morning when her car left the road and landed upside down. It happened near the intersection of 600 East Road and Old Peoria Road outside Danvers.

McLean County Coroner Beth Kimmerling said Monday Hall was alone in the car and not wearing a seat belt.

Kimmerling said an autopsy showed Hall died of severe head and neck injuries. She also said alcohol could be a factor, which is why toxicology tests have been ordered.

The Vault advertised a street festival with live music Saturday night on its Facebook page.

It's still unclear what caused her to go off the road.

In February, the old Danvers Y Tap served alcohol to 20-year-old Nicholas Kauffman and other underage teens.

They later crashed on their way back to the Twin Cities. Kauffman was pronounced dead on scene.

The bar later gave up its liquor license and closed.
