Disorderly Conduct Case Continued

Although WMBD 31 News was told a jury was selected to hear the disorderly conduct case against a Peoria Heights man, the case has been continued.25 year old Jeremy Fritz was indicted in June for allegedly sending threatening e mails including a bomb threat to Limestone High School. His arrest came following a three month investigation by the Bartonville Police Department. According to court records a scheduling conference is scheduled for December 7th and trial December 17th.
