Early Morning Gunfire Injures One

PEORIA -- One brother is recovering and one brother is in jail following a shooting that happened just after midnight.
Officers arrested Greg Nickerson this morning. He's accused of shooting his brother Tony Nichols.
It happened in the 1800 block of Howett Street.
It's unclear what led to the shooting.
Nickerson is in the Peoria County Jail.
Nichols suffered a gunshot wound to his leg, that isn't considered life-threatening.
Officers found multiple shells and drugs in the apartment when they arrived.
