Local Treatment Center Receiving Federal Funds

A Normal treatment facility will be receiving $1,538,000 in federal funds according to a release issued Thursday. Chestnut Health System, Inc, will use the grant to offer mentoring and substance abuse treatment for youth and their families in order to help reduce long term recidivism.
