BLOOMINGTON--After more than 30 years, the Chamber of Commerce is moving to a new location.
Staff members say their current downtown building is too small for the growing businesses, plus there's limited parking.
The chamber plans to move its offices to this location, on east Empire Street.
President and CEO Charlie Moore says the new building has larger conference and training rooms, and a bigger parking lot.
"Looking at all those things, looking at what our technological advances need to be, looking at what we need to provide for our members as a service organization, this building just didn't fit the needs of what we're trying to accomplish," Moore explained.
The chamber will move to its new location in December.
