Armington Murder Suspect Given Time to File Motions

LINCOLN- One of two Armington brothers, accused of murdering a Beason
family three years ago, was given to December to file a motion to move
the trial out of Logan County. No word yet whether Chris Harris will
actually seek a change of venue. Chris and Jason Harris are facing more
than 50 counts of murder for the murders of Rick and Ruth Gee and their
three children who were found slain in their Beason home in September
2009. The Harris are back in court September 26th.
