NORMAL-- An ISU student fell from the fourth floor apartment complex of The Flats in downtown Normal early Friday morning.

Police received the call around 2 a.m. responding to a noise complaint. When the police arrived the student was hanging on to the window ledge trying to hide from the police. The student lost his grip and fell to the ground.

He was rushed to OSF St. Francis Medical Center with serious injuries but non-life threatening. Police have decided not to give out the students name and do not know if alcohol was involved at this time.
