PEORIA- The Children's Hospital of Illinois had some special visitors Thursday.
Two clowns from the Ringling Brothers Circus stopped by. A few kids came down from their rooms, smiles on their faces.
The Ringling Brothers will be at the Peoria Civic Center October 12-14.
Demetra Gaines, the special visit coordinator said the Ringling Brothers is willing to put on a show for the kids every time they're in town.
"Well I actually appreciate the fact of anyone coming to the hospital. Because I don't know if you've had a family member or anything, sick like that, but it's always nice to have something different to help them through the day," Gaines said.
