LeRoy Man Indicted on Armed Habitual Criminal Charge

A LeRoy man was indicted Wednesday on a six count indictment. 50 year old Stanley Miller is facing one count of being an armed habitual criminal and five counts of unlawful possession of a weapon and ammunition as a convicted felon. Miller was charged after his parole officer allegedly located a handgun during a routine check of his residence. Miller is due in court Friday.
