Baked Tilapia with Basil Fruit Salsa
Serves 4
-4 each tilapia fillets
-Salt and pepper to taste
-Basil Fruit Salsa (recipe follows)
Season tilapia with salt and pepper.
Bake fish until done.
Serve with Salsa
Basil Fruit Salsa
- oz basil leaves, chopped
-6 each strawberries, small diced
- cup assorted berries - fresh or frozen
-1 lime, cut into segments and small diced
- pineapple, small diced
-Lemon juice, as needed
Combine all ingredients together. Mix well.
