Sentencing of Bloomington Man in Drug Case

A Bloomington man, convicted of a drug charge, was sentenced to prison Tuesday, according to court officials. 36 year old Christopher Graber pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and received 4 years in prison with credit for time served. Graber was one of two men arrested last June by the city's Street Crimes Division following a drug bust on Rainbow Court. According to a police release, authorities seized 40 grams of suspected cocaine and over three hundred grams of suspected marijuana, along with four illegal firearms. A second suspect, 26 year old Anthony Gowin is due in court October 5th.
