Two Suspects Indicted for Shooting

Two suspects, including a teenager were indicted Tuesday for allegedly shooting two people recently. 16 year old Orlando Alexander, whose being tried as an adult, and 20 year old Michael J. Williams are charged with aggravated battery. Those charges stem from a shooting in the 1800 block of North Bigelow. Alexander's bond was set at 250,000 dollars while Williams is free on bond. Police say Williams allegedly struck a man in the face and witnesses claim Alexander fired three shots. Williams suffered a hand injury while two others suffered chest wounds. Williams is due in court September 20th while Alexander is due in court Thursday.
