Man Arrested After Bloomington Bank Robbery

BLOOMINGTON - A man is in jail after a bank robbery Tuesday afternoon.
It happened at the Bloomington Municipal Credit Union on S. Gridley Ave. around 12:30 p.m. Police say a man passed a teller a note saying he had a bomb and demanding money.
He got a way with an undisclosed amount of cash.
About ten minutes later, police arrested James Tourle, 39. He's being held in the McLean County Jail awaiting formal charges.
