Warrant Issued for Peoria Co. Fraud Suspect

A Peoria County man, charged with one count of home fraud, failed to appear in court Friday according to court officials and a warrant was issued. If 51 year old Billy Ray Dean Collins fails to appear by October 5th, a bond forefeiture hearing will be held. Collins is facing that charge after police launched an investigation into scams on homeowners over gravel deliveries for driveways.
