A Washington teenage driver, accused of leading police on a two county, high speed chase earlier this month, tried unsuccessfully Thursday to get his bond reduced. 17 year old Isaiah Royer's bond remains at 20,000 dollars. He is charged with aggravated fleeing and eluding, unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle and trespass. Those charges stem from an early morning chase which began in Washington and ended in East Galesburg. A Knox County deputy also fired shots at the fleeing vehicle but no one was hit. He's back in court November 5th.
