A man, acquitted of murder last year, and reported missing early Thursday, was found hanging from a tree about two miles south of Woodrow Road in Green Valley, according to Tazewell County Coroner Carl Powell. Randy Deskin Junior was last seen the evening of August 8th. A deputy found Deskin. Deskin had been charged with killing Dustin Englebrecht in Mason County in 2009 but a jury acquitted him of the crime. An investigation continues into Deskin's death although, according to the coroner, no foul play is suspected.
