BLOOMINGTON - Have you ever walked into the wrong bathroom?
If so, you know it can be embarrassing. But did you also know it's a common problem at the new west building at Bloomington's Interstate Center?
People say they can't tell which bathroom to go into because the entrances are staggered in front of each other.
There are small signs on the wall, signifying a bathroom for both men and women.
But now new artwork is driving the point home in a very obvious manner.
"They actually provide a clear distinction which is the men's and women's restrooms, so we don't have the confusion of guests who only come here on an irregular basis walking into the wrong bathroom," said Mike Swartz with the McLean County Farm Bureau.
The artwork features different kids of shoes.
Men's shoes are hung by the men's restrooms and the same goes for the women's with women's shoes.
Kids did the work while taking an art class with the "Zoo Lady," a popular face painting artist in the area.
