Lane Closures on Route 40 Next Week

IDOT announces lane closures on Route 40 ( Knoxville Avenue) in Peoria next week. The southbound driving (right) lane of Route 40 from Route 150 to Linden Lane in Peoria will be CLOSED from Monday, June 4th to Friday June 8th. The southbound turn lane will be CLOSED from Monday, June 4th to Wednesday, June 6th. The closures are necessary for utility work and placement of a fiber optic cable.
