Chicagoan Charged with Three Bloomington Shootings

A Chicago man was formally charged Friday with three shootings on three consecutive May days in Bloomington. 22 year old Jarrod Plummer is facing three counts of aggravated discharge of a firearm. His bond was set at 3 million dollars. No one was hurt in any of the shooting incidents which occurred in the same location in the 1000 block of South Main Street. Plummer's case will now go before the grand jury.
