Bloomington Burglary Suspect Says NOT GUILTY

A Normal resident, indicted this week for allegedly burglarizing a Huck's gas station last week, pleaded NOT GUILTY Friday. 40 year old Jason Payne is facing one count of burglary after police claim Payne climbed to the roof of the business on Hershey. According to our news partner WJBC Radio, an employee called police to report the incident. Police responded and a foot chase ensued. Payne will be back in court May 10th to try to get his 20 thousand dollar bond reduced.
