One of three Chicago residents, indicted last June in Peoria for allegedly using an altered credit card and burglary, pleads guilty Wednesday to burglary. 27 year old Dwayne Jones faces sentencing June first. He, Aisha Collier and 43 year old Jimmie Moon were all originally charged with burglary and unlawful possession of an altered credit card. Police say they were alerted to the trio by Macy's security. Police say they recovered a fraudulent Wisconsin ID card and numerous fraudulent gift credit cards. Authorities claim they recovered 9000 dollars worth of cigarettes and merchandise close to five thousand dollars.
