Prep Roundup: Headean Dominates Washington

WMBD/WYZZ-TV - MORTON, Ill. -- Senior Will Headean threw a two-hitter to lead Morton to a 3-0 win over Washington in prep baseball at Westwood Park Monday.
Headean struck out 13 while handing the Panthers (8-1) their first loss in the Mid-Illini Conference this season. Morton (6-1) pulled even with Limestone in the league race.
PREP SOFTBALL: Brimfield-Elmwood remained undefeated with a 6-2 win at Illini Buffs Thursday. The Indians (19-0) scored five runs in the final two innings.
