A hydro massage uses warm water pressure underneath a special bed to help release tension and relax your muscles.
You stay clothed and you can control the pressure yourself.
The clinic's director said the massages can improve your overall health.
Dr. Jeffrey Dickhut said, "One of the things it does is it keeps the mobility in the muscles and in the joints. It helps to keep a person flexible throughout the day and if they get a lot of tension, if they've been sitting for a long time, this is a way they can help break that cycle."
