A LaSalle County man, convicted of murdering a Normal woman's parents over four years ago, was sentenced Thursday to life in prison WITHOUT parole. It took two weeks of testimony but only two hours of deliberations to find Keith Mackowiak guilty of murdering Aloysis and Catherine Twardowski of Rural Seneca. They were found slain in their home following a burglary.
