Two McLean Co. Drug Suspects Seek Bond Reduction

By: Bob Larson
Updated: November 22, 2011
Two McLean County drug suspects sought to get their hefty bonds reduced but only one was successful. A judge Tuesday reduced the million dollar bond of 21 year old Tylor Nowlin of Saybrook to half a million dollars. However, the judge denied a bond reduction for 22 year old Wesley Harvey of Ellsworth. His half million dollar bond stands as is. They were among several suspects rounded up in connection with a five month investigation into marijuana trafficking and sales in eastern McLean County. The investigation began after the arrest of Kyle Mason of Cooksville. Police and postal inspectors retrieved a package of marijuana. Police claim 9 packages were mailed from California to Saybrook, Bloomington, Normal and Cooksville.
