A Peoria teenager, indicted for the city's 13th homicide of the year, pleaded NOT GUILTY Friday. 19 year old Wesley Collins is charged with four counts of murder, one count of attempted murder and one count of aggravated discharge of a firearm. Those charges stem from the October 10th shooting which left Shannon Elmore dead. Elmore was a passenger in a car which was fired upon. The shooting happened in the 500 block of West Columbia Terrace. Collins, whose bond remains at two million dollars, will be back in court January 6th.
