Chiefs' Winning Streak Ends Saturday

WMBD/WYZZ TV - The Peoria Chiefs saw their five-game winning streak come to an abrupt end Saturday, losing 13-3 to Kane County. The Chiefs committed four errors in the field and left seven runners on base in the loss.
Al Alburquerque allowed seven runs in four innings to take the loss. Andrew Lopez led the Chiefs (8-6) at the plate, going 3-for-4 with 2 RBI.
The teams are scheduled to play again Sunday afternoon.
