1/3 cup jam
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
teaspoon black pepper
Four 4-oz salmon filets
Preheat oven to 350F and line a 9x13-inch pan with foil.
In a small bowl, combine jam, mustard, paprika, and pepper. Wisk until well mixed.
Spread jam mixture over salmon. Bake at 350F for 14-16 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with fork.
