Cooper Shoots Down ISU, 67-65

WMBD/WYZZ-TV - NORMAL, Ill. -- Sophomore D.J. Cooper scored 29 points, including a layup with 31 seconds remaining to give Ohio a 67-65 win over Illinois State at Redbird Arena Wednesday night.
Cooper was 10-of-21 from the field and dished out eight assists. Teammate Nick Kellogg scored 19 points for the Bobcats (5-3).
ISU (6-3) was led by sophomore Jackie Carmichael's 16 points. Senior Tony Lewis added 15 points and 12 rebounds for the Redbirds who've dropped two of their last three at home.
