Newcomer Leads Chiefs to Walk-Off Win

Szcur's bases loaded single in the ninth scoring Jae-Hoon Ha to give the Chiefs a 3-2 win over Wisconsin at O'Brien Field Thursday night. Szcur, who was a fifth round draft pick out of Villanova, had a single, double and triple in the victory.
He was promoted to the Chiefs from short-season Boise (Idaho) on Wednesday. The win was the Chiefs' five final at-bat victory of the season.
