A McLean truck driver, indicted for a fatal accident a year ago in which a Creve Coeur teenager was killed, was found guilty Friday. Ross Kindelberger was charged with failure to report an accident which resulted in the death of Todd Saint Cerny. Police say the teenager was struck by Kindelbergers truck and his body was found in a grassy area off Route 29 entrance ramp onto I 474 in Creve Couer.. State police found part of a bumper at the scene which led them to Kindelberger. The coroner says Kindelberger initially told his company he hit a deer. Kindelberger remains free on bond pending his sentencing July second. Kindelberger could face from probation up to 7 years in prison.
