Local Marines Will Go to Afghanistan

PEORIA - Local Reserve Marines have been called to active duty to help with Operation Enduring Freedom. 46 marines will report to Peoria on June 1st to train. Theyll then go to Camp Pendleton, CA, before leaving for Afghanistan. The marines will remain on active duty for a year.
