Historic Pharmacy Faces Auction

WMBD/WYZZ TV -- CANTON -- A Central Illinois landmark makes the list of most endangered historic places. Landmarks Illinois released its endangered list Tuesday. Lewis pharmacy in Canton is number six. According to the group, the pharmacy opened back in 1915, and the inside has gone virtually unchanged since.The pharmacy closed in February after its owner retired. If a new buyer cannot be found, the furniture and fixtures will be sold at auction.
