– ILLINOIS - Illinois home sales are beginning to rebound, but are still down
compared to last year. According to the Illinois Association of Realtors latest
report, total home sales were up by almost 9% in February compared to January. However, sales were down nearly 28% from February
of last year. The Illinois median home
price in February was also down by about 21% compared to February of 2008.
