A Henry man, charged with killing his brother and trying to kill another man, will undergo a fitness exam. James Pehm is accused of killing his older brother, Fred, and trying to kill another man last June during a confrontation. Fred Pehm was shot five times in the back. Prosecutors say Pehm then pulled the trigger at Gerald Wright, but the gun jammed. A Marshall County Circuit Court judge Wednesday allowed prosecutors to have their own doctor exam Pehm after he was examined by a defense expert. Pehm will be back in court April 15th.
