Why "It's Better Here"

The Heartland Partnership defends its claim that "It's Better Here". Partnership officials say the tri-county area is in a recession, but it's faring better than other communities across the nation.
Today, they provided numbers to back up their claim.
The Partnership says the area's unemployment rate stands at 6.3%, compared to other communities with 10 to 22 percent unemployment.
The reason behind "It's Better Here" is to get Peorian's thinking more positively.
