46 Jobs Heading to Peoria

– PEORIA - While many local businesses are cutting staff or closing up shop, American
Family Insurance is bringing jobs to the river city. The Wisconsin based insurance company will
add 46 jobs to the Peoria claim office, as it combines with the office in Schaumberg,
Illinois. The move, slated for the end
of July, will nearly double the number
of staff at the Peoria location. The Peoria
office will be responsible for adjusting and processing all auto accident
claims for American Family's Illinois customers.
