Peoria City Council Members Meet with Ameren

The power company will also answer questions from customers as part of its quarterly council update.
Ameren executives recently discussed the possibility of future rate increases, however no request has been filed with the Illinois Commerce Commission, and that topic will not be part of the meeting.
Ameren officials say customers can actually expect lower natural gas rates in March compared to February as the home heating season comes to a close.
