Secor Fire Dept. Gets Federal Funds

Peoria Congressman Aaron Schock (R-Il) announced Friday the Secor Fire Protection District will receive an Assistance to Firefighters Grant for $34,200. The grant will be used to purchase an air compressor to fill air packs. The primary goal of the Assistance to Firefighters Grants is to meet the firefighting and emergency response needs of fire department and nonaffiliated emergency medical services organizations.
