Accused Murderer Files Motion

A Seneca man, whose charged with murdering a Normal womans parents, is asking that his alleged confession be tossed out. 40 year old Keith Mackowiak filed the motion Friday in LaSalle County Circuit Court while facing charges for the July 2007 murders of Aloysius and Catherine Twardowski of Rural Seneca. They were found slain in their home following a burglary. Mackowiak will be back in court March sixth.
