A Peoria teenager, who pleaded guilty earlier this year to robbing a Peoria gas station, tried unsuccessfully Friday in Peoria County Circuit Court to get his 150 thousand dollar bond reduced while awaiting sentencing. 16 year old Danarious Kelly, who was charged as an adult, pleaded guilty to armed robbery. He and a 13 year old were picked up after a surveillance tape showed two hooded suspects enter the Downtown 66 station last year. The tape shows one suspect point a gun at the clerk and demand money. Authorities say they found one of the suspects fingerprints at the crime scene. Kelly will be sentenced March 13th. The 13 year old is back in court February 2nd.
