WMBD/WYZZ TV – PEORIA -- Peoria CityLink managers says they're planning for the worst, facing the possibility of cutting bus routes and services, even layoffs. The move comes after the Blagojevich Administration is delayed in supplying CityLink nearly 6-million-dollars. CityLink was promised extra funds in exchange for providing programs like free rides for seniors. Managers say they're creating a business plan in case they don't get the money they were promised.
