Updated: March 1, 2013

A Peorian, one of three charged last year in connection with a school break in, pleaded guilty Friday to burglary and was sentenced to three years in prison, according to court officials. 24 year old Julien Alexander Walker was one of three people picked up along with a juvenile after a break in at a former Peoria primary school. Police say they noticed a broken window on the north side of the former Tyng Primary School on Ann Street and found three adults and one juvenile inside. Police claim they found two of the suspects hiding in a main floor classroom while a third adult and the juvenile were found on the roof. Two of the suspects have failed to show up for court appearances and the bond was revoked in one case. The second suspect, who allegedly failed to report for court, will have a bond forefeiture hearing April 12th.
