PEORIA- For anyone looking to do some home repairs, renovations or builds, this weekend is the perfect time to check out the Official Spring Home Show.
With more than 225 companies filling 450 booths, it's the largest consumer home show in Central Illinois.
"Everything from windows to flooring to whole home construction," said Susan Hawkins with Matt Davis Construction.
Hawkins says this is a good time to meet face to face with the professionals who will be on the job site.
"People who maybe don't have an office that you can go to you can come here, you can meet them," Hawkins said.
Organizer Lisa Scott said it's good to make plans now before spring schedules get too full, but she says it's not just all business, that it's a family event too!
"The greater Peoria community just is always here for us to not only shop from our exhibit but come see the fun stage shows and other things we have going on," she said.
Shows like Frisbee Dogs.
"We literally travel the world performing and demonstrating what rescue dogs can actually achieve and give them a second chance and love them," said Lawrence Frederick, who owns the company.
Frederick said his dogs will do anything to catch that white disc.

"Every dog has their own specialties. I mean these dogs, they jump off my chest, my back, they do backflips."
One of his dogs is named Harley Davidson, and like all of the Frisbee Dogs, he came from a shelter.
"Harley Davidson will be nine in April. I adopted him at 17-months-old, already been through six homes. He's now a two time world champion and he's been to the world finals six different times," Frederick said.
Organizers say attractions like Frisbee Dogs, along with other shows and vendors are what keep so many people coming back year after year.
Home show tickets are seven dollars with discount for seniors. Hours are Friday from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m., Saturday from 10:00 to 8:00 and Sunday from 11:00 to 4:00.
