Former Pastor Named in Sex Charges

A former Carlock associate pastor was formally charged Friday with two sex charges. 41 year old
Rodney Applington of Normal, a former associate pastor at East White Oak Bible Church was charged with predatory criminal sexual assault and criminal sexual assault. His bond was set
Friday at three quarter million dollars. The senior pastor of East White Oak Bible Church in
Carlock says Applington no longer works there and the church is fully cooperating with the
police investigation.
