Peoria Council Okays Six Month Landfill Budget

Facing a drop in revenue, the Peoria City Council Tuesday night approved a six month budget for the city landfill, which has seen a drop in waste sent to landfill 2 which has resulted in a drop in revenue. The new half year budget will has a $25,000 deficit but leaves a cash balance of about $138,000.
