Bears playoff hopes still alive

WMBD/WYZZ-TV STAFF - GLENDALE, AZ - The Bears are still in playoff contention. The Bears needed to get a win against Arizona, and offense and defense combined to get it done on Sunday afternoon.
Zach Bowman started off the scoring by recoving a Beanie Wells fumble on the one-yard line. It was the first of two defensive scores for the Bears.
Matt Forte rushed for 88 yards and a touchdown, and Jay Cutler hooked up with Brandon Marshall for another score in the first half. Chicago led 21-6 at the break.
The only other scoring in the third quarter came from Charles Tillman, who picked off Ryan Lindley and returned the ball 10 yards for a touchdown.
The Bears need to win the regular season finale againsts the 4-11 Detroit Lions, and also need Green Bay to beat Arizona next Sunday to clinch a wildcard playoff spot.
