Pontiac Burglary Suspect Pleads NOT GUILTY

PONTIAC- A Pontiac man, one of two arrested and charged following a
string of Thanksgiving weekend burglaries, waived his right to a
preliminary hearing Thursday and pleaded NOT GUILTY. 43 year old Gilbert
Edwards will be back in court February 5th. He along with Brandan
Somers were charged with two counts of burglary. Several homes on Main
and Chicago Streets were hit and two vehicles. Somers is a half brother
to Timothy Rork, Junior, police say, who was arrested November 13th for a
number of residential burglaries.
